How do I sign up?

To sign up just click the sign up link on either the top menu bar, or bottom menu bar.

How do I find my STEAM ID?

You can find your STEAM ID by visiting any of our game servers and typing 'steam_id' in chat.

How do I enroll for an event?

To enroll for an event, you first need to have a GatorXLive.com account. Once you have an account and have logged in, you can go to the events page and select the Enroll link to the right of the event you want to enroll for.

How do I view the event information?

You can do so by visiting the events page and clicking on the name of the event you want to view information for.

How do I see which events I am enrolled in?

You can view the events you are enrolled in by logging into your GatorXLive.com account and following the My Events link under the Control Panel heading on the right.

How do I know which server I am supposed to be playing on for my event?

There will be a roster published an hour before the event is scheduled to begin that will let you know which server you are assigned to.

Do I need to join up at a specific time before the tournament starts?

Yes, you will need to be online and ready to play 10 minutes before the tournament starts.

Why do I need to pay a slot cost?

By paying the slot cost, you are guaranteeing a slot on our servers.

How do I join my assigned server?

After you know which server you are assigned to, press the connect link next to your server name on the servers page. Once you have connected to your server a password prompt will appear, you can find the password on your My Events page after you have logged into your GatorXLive.com account.

How is the winner determined?

After the last of the tournaments for that day are played, the player with the highest score out of all tournaments played will be declared the winner.

How long does it take to get my prize?

The prize will be awarded one hour after the last tournament has finished.

How long do I have to file a dispute?

You have up to 45 minutes to file a dispute after your tournament has been completed.

Is there a minimum amount of players required per match?

In order to make the game fair we require that at least 20 players minimum enroll for each match. If this minimum requirement is not met, players who have enrolled will be re-scheduled to the next time slot or tournament.
